Refund policy

Magic Makers Society Return & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience to be as magical as possible! Please review our policies before placing your order:

1. Cancellations & Modifications To maintain our efficiency and get orders out quickly, we do not allow cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before checking out.

2. Defects or Damages We take great pride in our quality. If your hat arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at hello@magicmakerssociety.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no cost to you.

3. Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. If the hat shows signs of wear (makeup, hair, etc.), the return will be rejected.
  • Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items Items purchased during a "Flash Sale" or using a "Clearance" discount are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
